I believe the Ed.D. in Education Leaders hip, Management and Policy will combine my interests between business brass and Education Leadership, Management and Policy. I am convinced that by my research in this field, I will be able to learn in reasonableness the concepts of Leadership techniques, Organizational Behavior and Organizational Development and would like to explore new methods in improving the present policies and procedures being used in organizations. This will be a good experience and will be very beneficial to my career.My professional goals are intellectual enrichment, an absolute understanding of the trends in this field and to put to good use my knowledge to help those in need and to effectively contribute to the profession.
